“This property was very well located near Ponto beach and within walking distance including walking trails throughout the community. There’s also easy access to I-5 going and Hwy 101 going north and south along with amenities including grocery store just down the road. When we arrived after a long flight from Kauai, the place was very warm and inviting. This property was also clean and very comfortable. We have two older daughters that live close by and when they came over, we felt the house had plenty of room for 4 adults. The neighborhood was a mix of young families and retirees. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again.”

“As first-time snowbirds, we were hoping for a property that “fit” our family’s needs. This house served us well! The floor plan allowed the adults to cook, play games together and watch TV while our little ones slept. The kitchen was beautiful, well stocked and easy to cook in. The patio allowed us extra seating for meals and it was an awesome place for “happy hour”. The seating in the family room was ample for the eight of us and the fireplace was a lovely touch to our spring evenings. We can’t say enough about the property manager! She was personable, kind and very responsive. We’d stay here again!!!”

“This house was awesome for our family getaway – basically can’t get better than walking or riding your bike to the beach. They had a bunch of surfboards and boogie boards for the kids. And the gated community has a huge heated pool and hot tub we enjoyed after the beach. We wanted a place to relax, get to the beach, have some fun during the day and make dinners/watch movies at night. I really appreciated how open the downstairs was and the kitchen was recently renovated and stocked with all we need. We loved the back patio for grilling and having dinner outside. Definitely recommend stopping by Tip Top Meats to grab some steaks and Pellys for fresh fish to slap on the grill. Overall this is such a welcoming and comfortable house, the community is like a resort with tennis, basketball, pool and lagoon trails, walking distance to the beach and fully stocked with equipment (bikes, rackets, boards). and Renee is awesome – super easy to work with and responsive.”
