Encinitas is a beach city in the North County San Diego and includes the communities of Leucadia and Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Recently named one of the 20 best surf towns in the world by National Geographic, top beaches include Moonlight, Beacons, Grand View, Stone Steps, and Swami’s. Encinitas is also known as the “Flower Capital of the World” because of its extensive collection of unique nurseries and gardens including the San Diego Botanic Garden and Swami’s meditation gardens.

It is located at Paul Ecke Elementary School on Vulcan Avenue every Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM year round.
