Buying a house especially in a market like this can be extremely stressful, an emotional roller coaster. My wife and I were lucky enough to have Renee’s guidance and leadership steer us to our dream home. Always responsive with returned phone calls, calming us down when we needed it, always positive and optimistic and all the while working behind the scenes with the seller’s broker to make sure our deal became reality. She is extremely well-versed in the details of California real estate contracts. Her communication skills and knowledge of local markets provided us with the edge we needed to get it done. Renee has an amazing personality! I appreciate so much her genuineness and her sense of integrity. Renee truly is a super host! She is very friendly and attentive. Pictures don't do justice to their property. Their home was clean, fun for the whole family and in a great location. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
